| Jennifer Scappettone, a poet, translator, scholar, and occasional lomodestroyer, recently moved to Chicago. Her “Abluvion Almanac,” an entropic series of visual texts, is forthcoming from Outside Voices. She is now at work on "Exit 43", a cross- lyric archaeology of the landfill and opera of pop-ups commissioned by Atelos Press. She has translated extensively from the poetry of Amelia Rosselli, and is curating a special issue of Aufgabe devoted to contemporary Italian experiment. Other work in prose and poetry appears lately in Dusie, The Canary, Zoland Annual, and elsewhere. She teaches literature, writing, and aesthetics at the University of Chicago. Season Six | Home |
