David Grubbs is a musician who has released dozens of recordings, some as a member of the influential rocks bands Squirrel Bait, Bastro, & Gastr del Sol, others with the Red Krayola, still others in collaboration with improvisers, in addition to many solo recordings, one of the lastest of which is A Guess at the Riddle (Drag City, 2004). Blue Chopsticks is the record label that he runs.
